Open/Save Dialogue for Office XP
This key opens the window of Open/Save dialogue's setting for Office.
In the left part of the standard Open/Save dialogue of Office WinXP there is a panel of standard keys which are connected with the definite system folder "My Documents', "My Pictures", and etc. Conceal unnecessary items by checking the corresponding folders.
Small Folder's Items
Your Dialogue with small items will look the following way: (picture)
This way the greater amount of items can be situated in the dialogue form.
User's Folders
Add to the Office dialogue User's folders (those which you use more often). For this purpose press the key "Add the folder" (picture).
Choose the necessary catalogue and it will appear in the left part of standard Open/Save dialogue for Office XP and also in the list of folders in the control for XP program.
You also can delete unnecessary User's folder: mark it in the list and press the key "Delete".
