Change the Place of Standard Folders Utilities for XP

In WinXP there is no possibility to change the place of standard folders "My Documents", "My Pictures" and etc. by standard means. For this purpose I've brought this page.
Mark in the list the folder, place of which you'd like to change and press the key "Trancfer"
After the reload the folder will appear in a new place. Now just carry all the files from the folder by means of "old" way into newly created folder.
